COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

AIM's staff receive extensive training in preventative techniques to maintain a healthful work environment. Training covers topics such as infection control, bloodborne pathogens, prevention, and COVID-19 specific topics.

OUR STANDARDS

We ensure all staff are knowledgeable about Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Staff follow masking, social distancing, screening, and sanitation procedures.

INFECTION CONTROL PLAN

The agency's infection control plan details the use of personal protective equipment, the hazard control measures in place to minimize exposure to COVID-19, masking requirements, exposure notification, and training to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.
