Medicaid Agency Certification

AIM is licensed by the State of Oregon to provide residential and community living supports for individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide training and supports that maintain and increase independence and community integration in every setting. Please contact us with questions you have about the many services we offer.

Residential Care

You get to decide how you decorate and furnish your room and whether you want to bring your own furniture or prefer to use what AIM provides.

Personalized Support

Every individual we serve has unique needs. Our staff offer person-centered care geared toward maximizing and promoting independence.

Day Support Activities

AIM strives to support community access and connections while honoring the preference of each individual we serve (currently offered to residential clients).

Healthful Environment

AIM staff follow a thorough sanitation program and assist individuals to complete necessary cleaning tasks.

Attendant Care

AIM offers in-home support with essential activities including shopping, personal care, finances, transportation, medical support needs, and communication.
