Qualifications for Employment

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those we support.

Minimum qualifications include:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
Must be able to read and write clearly
Current driver’s license with good driving record
Non-drivers sign an agreement
Experience in the IDD field is preferred but not required
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

We value experience but are committed to providing all necessary training to ensure your success in the role.

Competitive Wages

  • Pays $24-$26 per hour for in-home services
  • Generous overtime options

Our wages reflect our commitment to rewarding the valuable work our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) do. As you grow and take on clients with varying needs, your wage will reflect the specialized care you provide.

Paid Time Off

  • Accrue up to two weeks of paid time off annually
