AIM is a small developmental disabilities service provider serving communities in NW Oregon.
We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs work directly with individuals who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and provide the person-centered support they require to complete daily living activities with as much independence as possible in their home and in the community. It’s not about doing things for people; it’s about helping them do things for themselves.
Qualifications: Age 18+; High School Diploma/GED; Must be able to pass a background check; Be able to read and write clearly; Possess a current valid driver’s license and good driving record (exception for graveyard). Experience in the IDD field and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but all required training will be provided.
